How do we make light ? With what? Do we buy a light bulb and then what ? Do we have light ?! White ? Yellow ? At what intensity ? Is it good for our eyes ? Are we damaging our eyesight ? Or is it just important to have light and that’s it !?

The sale of incandescent bulbs, the famous bulbs that used to burn out and where we could see the filament, is banned on the market. Nevertheless, they are still on sale with the mention ‘for industrial use only!’ What does that mean? Can we buy them or not? Are they banned or not? Nobody understands anymore…

Now, we no longer buy a 40-60-75-100W bulb because you can no longer buy and measure in watts. Now you need lumens… In what? Yes! In lumens! What does that mean?

We also need to pay attention to the color temperature, which should be 3000 kelvins. What does that mean? Otherwise, you might damage your eyesight, experience symptoms of fatigue, lethargy, drowsiness… It might seem like the leaflet of a medicine with contraindications, but these are real aspects.
