InfoCons is present in Geneva, at the headquarters of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), for the first day of the Sixty-Eighth Series of Meetings of the Assemblies of the Member States of WIPO. Romania is represented at this major international event by InfoCons, through its President Sorin Mierlea, who takes part alongside the delegations of the 193 member states in the proceedings that mark the official opening of the 2026 sessions.
The opening day is solemn and procedural in nature, laying the groundwork for the entire series of meetings that will run until 15 July 2026. The presence of InfoCons from the very first day confirms the organization’s steady commitment to the international dialogue on intellectual property and to the defence of the interests of Romanian and European consumers.
