Sorin Mierlea , President of InfoCons Consumer Protection , attended the “Madrigal at Sunrise” 2026 Event

Sorin Mierlea, President of InfoCons, attended the “Madrigal at Sunrise” event on 15 August 2026, held at ZooM Beach in Constanța.

The event offered the audience a unique cultural experience, bringing together music performed by the “Madrigal – Marin Constantin” National Chamber Choir and one of the most spectacular moments of the morning on the Black Sea coast – the sunrise.

The programme began in the early hours of the morning, with public access starting at 5:30 AM. The voices of the Madrigal Choir set the tone for the morning at around 5:50 AM, shortly before sunrise, which took place in Constanța at 6:08 AM on 15 August.

By attending “Madrigal at Sunrise”, Sorin Mierlea, President of the InfoCons Association, joined the audience at one of this summer’s special cultural events, bringing choral music into an unconventional setting and closer to the public in a spectacular natural environment.

The participation in the event took place in the context of the partnership between InfoCons and the “Madrigal – Marin Constantin” National Chamber Choir, developed under the Cooperation Protocol signed by the two organizations. The partnership aims to develop joint projects dedicated to facilitating access to information, promoting education, and supporting quality culture.

Through this collaboration, InfoCons and the “Madrigal – Marin Constantin” National Chamber Choir aim to develop joint programmes, events, and campaigns that bring the public closer to authentic values while encouraging access to information, education, and engagement in cultural life. The partnership thus combines the information and education component with the value of cultural expression, contributing to the promotion of a more informed, responsible, and culturally engaged society.
